A Sailor Made Marine Walking Cane Circa. 19th Century

A Walking cane of typical form made at sea by a Mariner. The shaft and pommel are inlaid with decorative hardwood inlaid embellishments and the pommel handle is further inlaid with dot work decoration. The tip is capped with a steel tipped brass ferrule.
